It was a great session with MBPP officers to provide valuable insights into wellness and its importance in sustaining health.

On August 12, 2024, the Penang City Council successfully organized the Blood Donation Campaign and Health Talk MBPP 2024 at the City Stadium Penang, through the Environmental Health Department (Clinic Section). Prof. Dr. Md Bipul Nazir was invited to share about Cardiac Rehabilitation and Wellness for better quality of life.

As BeFit Wellness Hub, we were privileged to contribute to this educational effort, offering valuable insights into various aspects of blood health, including its significance in medical care and overall well-being. The session aimed to enhance understanding and awareness among MBPP officers, positively impacting them by increasing their awareness of blood health and self-care practices. This knowledge empowers them to make more informed health choices, leading to better overall well-being and improved work quality in the future.
