One-to-one Diet Consultation

The one-to-one session can be either at the face-to-face meet up in the centre or via mobile phone or even takes place at your residence! This consultation will help you understand more on personal dietary requirements based on your health condition. A typical session includes a nutrition assessment, individualised diet plan and intervention, and nutrition education.
